*The Published Rates are discounted based on Cash or Check payments.

*Deposits are due when reservations are booked.

*Reservations are guaranteed by the recording of a credit card until a deposit check is received.

*Cancellation of Non Summer bookings must be made at least 90 days in advance in order to receive a full refund.

*Cancellations for summer rentals must be made prior to March 1st of the same year in order to receive a full refund

*Cancellations must be made in writing.

* Full payment will be charged for cancellations made 30 days or less from arrival date.

*If cancelled room is rebooked at the same rate, monies can be refunded less a cancellation fee. Complete information on our cancellation policy is contained in the rental contract.

*Travel Guard Cancellation Insurance can be purchased thru Ocean Villas. It can cover your entire bill, airfare, existing medical conditions, and provide medical insurance for the entire traveling party during your stay. This is highly encouraged to protect your vacation reservation costs.

*To REBOOK for the same week for the following year, a deposit for that week must be given before check out on the last day of the stay or the room will become available to the general public

*Deposit are 30%-40% of total bill.

*Full payment, in the form of check, cash or money order, is required at check-in.

*A credit card and driver's license must be on file at check-in for a security deposit.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING.

NO Pets

NO PARTIES or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

*Check-in is after 3 P.M. check-out is prior to 10 A.M.

Each room has a maximum occupancy listed on the room description …. Overcrowding is not permitted.

This is a family style vacation rental.

Taxes and clean out are not included in the rates listed above.
