Terms and Conditions

1.

Advance room reservation deposit due when reservations are booked, fully refundable up to 90 days prior to arrival date.

Deposit ranges from $500 -$1000 per room depending on length of stay.

2.

Full payment, in the form of check, cash or money order, is required at check-in.

A credit card and driver's license must be on file at check-in for a security deposit.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING.

Check-in is after 3 P.M., check-out is prior to 10 A.M.
