Your health is our utmost priority and concern. The Ocean Villas of Carlsbad team is committed to protecting the wellbeing of our guests and team members by providing a comfortable and safe environment for everyone who visits our property. We are advancing our current best practices and making sure our team takes extra precautions to deliver an enjoyable travel experience.

Our Efforts
· Enhanced cleaning and sanitization of all common areas/high-touch areas ensure a safe environment for guests.
· In addition to thoroughly cleaning all rooms after each stay, we have now added more sanitization measures using an FDA approved anti-viral chemical, to ensure that all rooms will be clean and safe for guests.
· We offer contactless check-in/check-out procedures, which maximizes social distancing by minimizing physical contact at check-in/check-out. We also offer communication with guests over SMS text message, in order to ensure guests feel safe, comfortable, and confident during their upcoming travel.
· Our team has diligently implemented all safety precautions recommended by the CDC and in accordance with state and county guidelines.
· Please keep your mouth and nose covered while in public spaces. County regulations require all people in Carlsbad to wear masks inside or in line for any retail or commercial business.
· We recommend that all guests strive to maintain at least six feet between themselves and others.
