Service animals with written documentation are allowed at no additional fee. Small dogs under 25 pounds are also allowed with an additional non-refundable $150 cleaning fee. No other animals are allowed.
How do I book a Villa?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you may call our office at 760-730-3000 and we will be glad to help you set up your next vacation.
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
What is the deposit to book?
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied towards the rate of the villa. The remaining balance will be due 60 days before arrival, and will be automatically charged with the credit card on file. If another form of payment is requested, please contact the office to make arrangements prior the balance due date. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and check payments are accepted subject to a 4% charge. Electronic checks are accepted at no additional fee.
Is there a fee for Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is included with all the Villas at no extra charge. We do not provide telephones in the Villas.
Do you provide parking?
There is an abundance of free street parking (no time limit) located all around our property. We also have a limited amount of private garage parking located directly on our property, which is subject to availability at an additonal charge.
Do you provide beach supplies?
All Villas come with two beach chairs, two beach towels, and a beach umbrella for you to use during your stay. Additional beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available to rent if needed. Beach toys are available at no charge on a first come first serve basis.
Do you provide kitchen supplies and equipment?
All properties are equipped for basic vacation needs. All kitchen utensils are supplied including: plates, bowls, utencils, pots & pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, strainers, baking spoons, can opener, bottle opener, wine opener, glasses, wine glasses, shot glasses, crock pot, roasting pan, serving platters, serving spoons etc. Linens and bath towels are included and are not to be taken from the Villa. An initial set-up of trash liners, bathroom paper, and soap is provided. Personal toiletry items such as bath soap, shampoo, laundry soap, and other consumables are to be provided by the Guest. Guests should plan to shop to replenish ALL items as needed.
Is smoking allowed?
There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the villa, on the patio or anywhere on the Ocean Villas property. A $250 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking of any kind is detected.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is open anytime after 3PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10AM on the day of departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations occurring at least 60 days prior to arrival will receive a total refund minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card fee. All rental monies shall be forfeited for cancellations 1-60 days prior to arrival date. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellations rules due to unfortunate circumstances such as weather, illness, medical emergency, or death.
