Garage parking is available by reservation only and is subject to availability at the time of booking, as we have a limited number of eight garage spaces. The fee is $25 per night, or a flat rate of $175 for stays of one week or longer. We recommend reserving your space in advance to ensure availability.

Please note we have a 4 car garage on street level (upper garage) and a 4 car garage on the lower level (lower garage) that requires a tight maneuver down our driveway.

There is also street parking located all around our property, that is free with no time limit

Each suite is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide coffee pods, creamer, sugar, or other condiments, so we recommend bringing your favorite condiments if you’d like to enjoy coffee during your stay.

One of the main differences between a vacation rental and a full-service hotel is that daily housekeeping is not included. However, if you would like a mid-stay clean, we’re happy to arrange one for you. This service includes light cleaning and replenishment of essential supplies for an additional $75 and must be scheduled in advance with the office.

Our guaranteed check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. While we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out, we are happy to accommodate such requests whenever availability permit and could be subjected to an additional cost.

We welcome well-behaved dogs typically weighing 50 pounds or less for an additional $150 nonrefundable pet cleaning fee. All animals on the premises must be declared at the time of booking or prior to arrival. Certified service animals are accommodated at no charge with proper documentation.

Each of the units comes with 2/4 beach towels, 1 beach umbrella, and 2 beach chairs. Beach toys are available first come, first serve, in the communal brown bin near the lower garage. Please return all beach toys/gear back to original places.
